- Your veterinarian submits a valid prescription to us — by fax or by calling the pharmacy.
- You can also fill out a prescription request on our secure platform, and we’ll contact your vet for you.
- Once we have your prescription, we’ll reach out (by phone, text, or email) to confirm and collect payment.
- After payment, we’ll prepare your medication and ship it right to your door. You can also pick it up at our Weatherford, Texas location if you prefer!

We use independent third-party laboratories to verify the quality and safety of our compounded preparations.
- For all sterile products, we complete sterility and endotoxin testing on every batch to ensure safety.
- Potency testing is performed at random intervals. This helps us continually verify that our compounding processes are accurate and consistently meet standards. Potency testing is not completed on every batch but is conducted regularly to ensure our procedures remain reliable.

Unfortunately, state pharmacy laws prohibit returns. If you have unused medication, contact us for disposal instructions, or consult your veterinarian.

How are refrigerated medications shipped?

We package refrigerated medications in an insulated container with:
- A WarmMark temperature indicator
- Frozen gel packs
- 1 to 2-business-day shipping (Monday–Thursday only)
If you have concerns about your package’s temperature, call us right away at 888-982-9228.

- Checks and money orders (sent in advance)
(We do not accept Care Credit or prescription discount cards.)

- Once we receive it, we’ll contact you with pricing.
- If you don’t have a prescription yet, you can fill out our prescription request form and we’ll help start the process.

(Note: Most non-controlled medication prescriptions are valid for up to 1 year from the date written.)
